Staff devices to bring under Intune
Desktops + laptops to migrate off the shared profile. Per-device implementation includes imaging, Azure AD join, Intune enrollment, per-user identity, MFA, BitLocker, agent install, asset tagging, and user handoff. Project management is added for larger deployments.
Managed servers (on-prem)
Windows servers under CTS management. $182.48/mo each.
Cloud backup overage GB
MCP includes 25 GB/user pooled at no cost. Overage at $0.12/GB.

About the 11th-floor expansion and the new service division

You confirmed two scope-changing events landing this year: the 11th-floor move-in around mid-August 2026, and approximately +10 admin staff joining a new service division by fall. Both expand the CTS footprint into 2 sites and roughly 34 admin users.

We intentionally have not priced either above. The TCP and MCP recurring lines are well understood and would extend linearly. The one-time scope for the new floor (network design, WAPs, switching, cabling assumptions, the AllNet expansion to three devices, intercom tablet, possible enterprise gear upgrade from the current Fios all-in-one) is where the actual project numbers live, and we don't want to put numbers on the page until we have the inputs to make them accurate.

What we know

  • 11th-floor move-in: mid-August 2026, firm
  • +10 admin in the new division by fall 2026
  • AllNet device count growing from 1 to 3 (two front-door cameras and one reception intercom tablet)
  • Print fleet and devices stay within TCP per-user inclusive scope

What we'd want before sizing the expansion

  • Floor plan or topology sketch for the 11th-floor space
  • Whether existing Fios gear extends to both floors or new circuit is being provisioned
  • Anticipated network closet / cabling readiness in the new space
  • Approximate admin onboarding cadence through fall
  • Any vendor-managed equipment moving with you (or staying behind)

Once those land we can extend the sketch above with a phased or front-loaded shape that reflects real numbers, not estimates.
